Negar Sarshar, LMFT
Negar Sarshar, LMFT received her Master's Degree at USC and is professionally trained in insight-oriented, psychodynamic therapy. She has worked as a therapist in a variety of settings, including the renowned Maple Counseling Center, The Transpersonal Counseling Center, and Beverly Hills High School. She has also taught as an adjunct professor of psychology at University of the West.
Combining the strengths of Western and Eastern psychologies, Negar helps individuals illuminate their patterns and shift into a position of empowerment. From here, people begin to actively create their lives rather than passively reacting to their circumstances. She provides direct feedback and insight-oriented therapy to work with adults experiencing life transitions, anxiety and/or depression, and relationship difficulties. Negar is ever fascinated with the changes effected by the power of self-reflection and collaboration in therapy (LMFT 94664).
