Crystle Prung, Ph.D. 

Psychological Assistant


Dr. Crystle Prung received her Bachelor’s degree from UCLA, Master’s degree from Antioch University, and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. After receiving her doctorate, she completed advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Wright Institute Los Angeles. 

Dr. Prung has worked extensively with adolescents and adults with eating disorders in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment settings. She has experience working with people from all walks of life who have symptoms of depression, anxiety, life transitions and relationship difficulties. She works with individuals and couples of diverse backgrounds.

Dr. Prung enjoys working with thoughtful individuals who are looking to deepen their understanding of themselves and overcome their struggles in order to live a life with more meaning, connection and fulfillment. Her therapeutic stance is relational, collaborative, gentle and empathic.

Dr. Prung is registered by the CA Board of Psychology as a Psychological Assistant (PSB-94023762) and is currently supervised by Justin Shubert, Psy.D. (PSY-23766) as she works to attain licensure.
