Kate Tepper, Psy.D.

Dr. Tepper received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the Maryland Institute, College of Art. She received prestigious and in-depth clinical training at the Wright Institute, Los Angeles and from Valley Community Clinic. Her dissertation focused on relationship challenges for couples becoming parents. She specializes in issues around becoming parents, fertility, and prenatal and postpartum adjustments.
Kate offers both individual psychotherapy and couples counseling. During her years in the fine arts setting, she developed valuable experience and expertise in creativity and life skills for professionals and artists. She welcomes this mutually creative process in therapy. In addition, Kate has professional training in mindfulness meditation.
