Amanda Saragusti, Ph.D.
Dr. Amanda Saragusti believes that through real connection and authenticity, we can get to know ourselves in a deeper way in order to make lasting and impactful change.
Amanda completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology. She has received in-depth clinical training at the LA LGBT Center, Airport Marina Counseling Service, and completed a rigorous training program at Wright Institute Los Angeles, where she focused on psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Dr. Saragusti has presented her research on lifespan transitions and psychological well-being at the 2016 & 2017 American Psychological Association’s annual conferences in Denver & Toronto. Dr. Saragusti has a particular interest in working with individuals struggling with relationships and intimacy, individuals navigating difficult family/parenting dynamics, and individuals who feel they would like a richer and more meaningful connection to others.
Dr. Saragusti provides individual psychotherapy & couple and family therapy. She has experience working with individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds, and extensive experience working with diverse populations. Amanda is a Registered Psychological Assistant (PSB 94023654) who is gaining hours toward licensure. She is supervised by Dr. Kate Tepper (PSY28754).
